     Bristol Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Beaver Meadow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; a great spot to camp here at Bristol Pond is Rivers Bend Campground. Hiking along the Abbey Pond Trail is glorious fun; dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Middlebury. The amount of precipitation that falls at Bristol Pond is close to the national average; the month of  
   August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Having a nice time at Bristol Pond is easy. Don’t forget to stop at Bristol Flats since you're here at Bristol Pond, and why not camp at Green Mt. Family Campground if you're here at Bristol Pond. Mad River Glen is a splendid local ski area, and after a long day outdoors The Middlebury Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. You can run the
 
               rapids of New Haven River in close proximity to Bristol Pond, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Oak Ridge Trail.
Everybody nearby loves skiing at Sugarbush. Summertime highs at Bristol Pond typically tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Bristol Pond sink into the 0's.
