    The beauty of Breese Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Prospect Bay Country Club, and on a fine day you can have a look at Beaver Meadow, a swamp in close proximity to Breese Pond. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Breese Pond you will meet lots of folks from close by Rutland; camping at Half Moon State Park Campground is always a great experience. For the duration  
   of the months of summer here at Breese Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; night lows all through the wintertime for Breese Pond tend to be in the 0's.
So many amusing things in the vicinity of Breese Pond, clearly impressive. There is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Breese Pond called the Half Moon Pond Trail; a fine place to camp here
 
               at Breese Pond is Big D Campground. Austin Pond Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and the Daniel Coffey Memorial Trial is a glorious hiking trail close by. The Middlebury Inn is a good site to get some rest.
A common amount of precipitation falls here at Breese Pond; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There are other places here than Breese Pond, for example Lake Hortonia, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Poultney River. Choate Pond is a wonderful lake near Breese Pond, and a great close by hotel is Courtyard By Marriott Middlebury.
Going for a hike on the Glen Lake Trail is always a tremendous adventure; if you're here at Breese Pond, checking out Barber Ledge is a must.
