Beautiful Bourn Pond has much to offer visitors. A good nearby hotel is Inns at the Equinox, and Roaring Branch is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. Through the months of summer here at Bourn Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Bourn Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Bourn Pond is right by the Cooridor 7, and

Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bourn Pond; Lye Brook Trail is a tremendous local trail, and there are plenty of folks from Bennington here at Bourn Pond. don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deerfield River - East Branch, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Stratton while you're here. You could also have a look at Branch

Pond. White Creek is a nice local stream, and if you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby course is Equinox Country Club. A great deal of rain falls at Bourn Pond; August is when you get the most rain here while February is usually the driest month.

I suggest rebuilding ontop of old houses if you have the money to build a new house at all otherwise, renovate.I also wish to somehow reduce population which is nearly impossible to do all over the world, china has a good system for that (though a little strict its neccessary you only need two at the most anyway more than that is just rediculous) in building, we need roads, well when it rains the roads and the houses prevent the acidic rain from penetrating and filtering throughout the peat and other minerals in the ground. This filtration helps maintain proper ph (affects fish immensely) and filter sediment out (which hinders the gills of fish)not to mention aids in producing topsoil. so the acid rain is now draining in ditches and along the road into ... sadawga, harriman res., and any other local streams which WILL go to larger bodys of water affecting the fish in numerous ways.
