     Bloodsucker Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Yeah, come here to Bloodsucker Pond for a great time. Holiday Inn Express Springfield, Vt is a great site to get some rest, and Camp Hill is a peak you can catch a sight of from Bloodsucker Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Williams River; almost certainly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Cooks Pond is just a very short distance away.  
   The Slot Trail is a great hiking trail close to Bloodsucker Pond, and after a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Claremont is a great location to spend a night or two.
Near Bloodsucker Pond you hit upon the Hang Glider Trail which is a glorious hiking trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Black River offers some great whitewater. Through the summertime months at Bloodsucker Pond highs are mostly in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours
 
               it's generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Bloodsucker Pond are in the 0's. You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Springfield Reservoir is one of those nearby; Suicide Six is a very popular ski area around here.
This place, Bloodsucker Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Why not camp at The Farm Campground if you're here at Bloodsucker Pond; obviously Hackett Brook flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Bloodsucker Pond you can take a hike along the Futures Trail, and Ascutney has nice slopes and a friendly staff.
