     In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River, and if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Slot Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Bloodsucker Pond, too nice to be true. Cooks Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and the Hang Glider Trail is a nice hiking trail close by. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Suicide Six while you're here, and  
   a lake close by is Springfield Reservoir.
If you need a location to stay Rodeway Inn Claremont is a tremendous choice, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express SPRINGFIELD. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Ascutney; hey, Hackett Brook is a perfect local stream. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Bloodsucker Pond you can take a hike along the Futures Trail, and Williams River has a perfect whitewater
 
               paddling spot close by.
The sight of Camp Hill from Bloodsucker Pond is delightful, and a delightful spot to camp here at Bloodsucker Pond is The Farm Campground. If you go for the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Bloodsucker Pond. Why not camp at Tree Farm Campground while you're here at Bloodsucker Pond, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Crown Point Country Club is in the neighborhood. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Bloodsucker Pond, and the overnight is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 20's, and overnight lows through the winter for Bloodsucker Pond tend to be in the 0's.
