What a nice lake Bliss Pond is. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. You'll meet a lot of folks from Barre here, and The Inn at Montpelier is a delightful place to get some rest. If you came to camp Green Valley Campground is a glorious place to do that; get wet paddling on Minister Brook. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Bliss Pond, you could also explore nearby Adamant Pond, and skiing at Stowe is one of those things

| | you just should do. Throughout the summertime here at Bliss Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 60's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 10's, and night lows at Bliss Pond during the winter frequently fall into the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. A lake close by is Curtis Pond, and paddling on Winooski River is so much fun. If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Bliss Pond. Take a hike on the Silver Ledge Trail. Bliss Pond is a wet
place that gets a good deal of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here while February is typically the driest month. Adamant Pond Dam is worth going to while you're here, and Bliss Pond is right by the Owls Head Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Onion River Campground is always a good experience, and after a long day outdoors Hilltop Inn is a magnificent site to spend a night or two.
