     And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do next to Belvidere Pond. Hiking along the Haselton Trail is delightful fun; Smugglers Notch is a magnificent local ski area. Stay the night at Lakeview Camping Area, and Golden Eagle Resort is a delightful location to get some rest.
You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Big Muddy Pond is one of those close by; if you're here, you could have a look at Calavale Brook. Having a tremendous time in the Green Mountains
 
   is uncomplicated. Get dripping wet paddling on Lamoille River - Wild Branch, and Belvidere Pond is right by the Bayley Hazen Military Road Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Belvidere Pond a reasonably wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This lake is so wonderful. Hazen's Notch Campground is a great campground nearby; do
 
               take a hike on the The Long Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Gihon River, and dry warm beds await you at Town And Country Resort. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Green Mountains. Lakes are good; Ritterbush Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Belvidere Pond; the skiing at Jay Peak is glorious.
Summer at Belvidere Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are frequently in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Belvidere Pond temperatures drop to the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains.
