    What a nice lake Beaver Pond is. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Beaver Pond; August is when you get the most rain here while February is regularly the driest month. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Green Mountains. A great place for whitewater paddling near Beaver Pond is Mill River, and if you're popping by from Rutland, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Beaver Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Night Eagle  
   Wilderness is a great local campground, and a pretty lake like South Pond is a great place to stop by.
Clarendon River is a splendid whitewater spot close to Beaver Pond; if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Killington Area is a perfect choice. The scenery at Beaver Pond Dam in the vicinity of Beaver Pond is gorgeous; striking scenery and fine skiing is what you obtain at Killington. Through the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at
 
               Beaver Pond while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Beaver Pond overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's.
Camping at White River Valley Camping is always a great experience, and dry warm beds await you at Mendon Mountainview Lodge. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Deer Leap Mountain is a peak you can make out from Beaver Pond, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop at Colton Pond. So much cool stuff to do at Beaver Pond, so little time. On a good day at Beaver Pond you can take a hike along the Canty Trail; what would winter be without some skiing at Pico Mountain.
This place is excellent, just look at all the amusing stuff to do near Beaver Pond. Going for a hike along the Circle Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. If you yearn for a little side spree, try The Elbow, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Bucklin Trail. Beaver Pond is located in the Green Mountains.
