It's always fun to stop by Beaver Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Beaver Pond? Groton Pond is in close proximity, and if you come at the right time of year, Joe's Brook River offers some nice whitewater. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful. two. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Beaver Pond. On a brilliant day at Beaver Pond you can take a hike along the Groton State Forest Nature Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Groton Pond Dam is an exciting thing
to check out, and if you came to camp Big Deer Campground is a fine place to do that. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Beaver Pond highs are mostly in the 70's; the overnight is a bit chillier of course, usually in the
50's. During the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's, and overnight lows at Beaver Pond during the wintertime ordinarily descend into the 0's. Going for a hike on the Hosmer Brook Trail is always a brilliant adventure; Groton
State Forest is a forest that you can go to.
Beaver Pond gets a common amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month is February. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Green Mountains
is peerless! If you want to hit the beach, Boulder Beach is close at hand, and Deer Mountain can be spotted from Beaver Pond. There is a great hiking trail right next door to Beaver Pond called the Coldwater Brook Trail; swing by Beaver Brook it's a glorious site to visit.
