    Beautiful Bailey Pond has much to offer visitors. And that's not all you can do here in the Green Mountains. Going for a hike along the Owls Head Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. There's so much to do here at Bailey Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Larry and Sons Campground is a great place for that. Summertime highs at Bailey Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into  
   the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 20's, and night lows through the winter for Bailey Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a splendid little tour to Marshfield Brook; Loveland Ledge is an attention-grabbing spot to stop by while at Bailey Pond. Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. Stay the night at Spooners Trailer Park and
 
               Campground, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Silver Ledge Trail. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Bailey Pond is peerless! If you get bored of Bailey Pond, you could also have a look at close by Osmore Pond, and you don’t have to go far from Bailey Pond to catch a sight of the water at Bailey Pond Dam.
If you're going to Bailey Pond from Barre, you won't be the only one; there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Joe's Brook River. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Bailey Pond without first paying a visit to Mollys Falls, and if the weather is delightful, you get a glorious vista of Debby Hill from Bailey Pond. Don’t forget to visit Cream Pot Meadow while you're here at Bailey Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Barre-Days Inn Barre/Montpelier is a brilliant choice.
All the outdoors entertaining things close to Bailey Pond will keep you coming back repeatedly. Enjoy a round of golf at Woodbury Golf Course not far from Bailey Pond, and a pleasant close by hotel is Hollow Inn and Motel. Bailey Pond is a good place of common rain; August is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Kettle Pond Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Winooski River.
And if that's not enough there's lots more entertaining things to do in the Green Mountains. A visit to Boulder Beach near Bailey Pond is always a wonderful idea.
