    Beautiful Amity Pond has much to offer visitors. Amity Pond is one of the lakes here in the Green Mountains. Amity Pond gets lots of water; August is the wettest month with most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking along the Hang Glider Trail; lots of folks from Lebanon come here.
All year is a good time in the Green Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Don't leave Amity Pond without first going
 
   for a hike along the Mount Peg Foot and Bridal Trails, and Amity Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Valley Resort Campground is a good local campground. Suicide Six is a very popular ski area nearby, and if you came to camp Silver Lake Family Campground is a brilliant site to do that. Summertime highs at Amity Pond generally tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in  
               the 0's for Amity Pond.
So many amusing things to do here in the Green Mountains, too brilliant to be true. Good hiking is available along the Barnard Trail, and a great close by hotel is Pond Ridge Motel. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of White River - First Branch, and if you need a location to stay Woodstock Inn And Resort is a delightful choice.
So much cool stuff to do at Amity Pond, so little time. There's whitewater on White River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Twin Farms.
