This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Keswick Hall At Monticello, and a visit to Shenandoah National Park       is worthwhile. Just can't get enough of Word Farm Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Conway River, and why not have a look at Word Farm Dam if you're here. For the duration of the long summer days here at Word Farm Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's.
