There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Roanoke River - North Fork; dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Blacksburg. Willow Springs Lake is a beautiful       lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. People from Blacksburg-Christiansburg-Radford love to come to Willow Springs Lake, and camping at Interstate Overnight Park is always a great experience. Willow Springs Lake is a good place of normal rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a great time.
