Mountain View Campground is a fine local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Broad Run. Sky Meadows State Park is a splendid campground nearby; a splendid nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Warrenton. This lake is so wonderful.
