It's always fun to stop by Todd Lake. A good place for whitewater paddling close to Todd Lake is North River; after a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Express Inn Staunton is a fine location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Todd Lake is near Daggy Camp Hollow which is without doubt worth going to, and Todd Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, North River Campground is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful.

If you get bored of Todd Lake, you could also go to close by Stark Pond, and Staunton Dam is not far at all from Todd Lake. Todd Lake really is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. High temperatures at Todd Lake all through the warmest time of the
year are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Todd Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. One
of the governing highlights of the surroundings of Todd Lake is Elkhorn Mountain; there's some flowing water close by, Broad Run is a stream you can take a look at while here. You can run the rapids of Little River - North R. Tributary
near Todd Lake, and do take a hike on the Chestnut Ridge Trail.
