In Virginia there are many beautiful lakes, Timber Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Piney Ridge Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and you'll come across a charming lake called Happyland Lake. There's some interesting stuff to see at Timber Lake Dam in the vicinity of Timber Lake; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Terrapin Mountain Trail. Playing golf is lots of fun at Colonial Hills Golf Club Cafe, and the Cashaw Creek Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. So many enjoyable things close to Timber Lake, clearly remarkable. of the warm months here at Timber Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter
temperatures at Timber Lake sink into the 20's.
There are some great whitewater spots on James River. There's so much to do here at Timber Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Campground is a glorious spot for
that. All the water falling down from the sky makes Timber Lake a wet place; May is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Lynchburg here.
