What a nice lake Sullivan Lake is. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. For you golfers we recommend close by Shenandoah Valley Golf Club; the Dickey Hill Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close by. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Kings Eddy, and a lake nearby is Lake Front Royal.
There are some splendid whitewater spots on Gooney Run, and you don’t have to

| | go far from Sullivan Lake to see the water at Sullivans Dam. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Sullivan Lake has to offer, you can camp at Deerpoint Campground, and there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Bluff Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Sullivan Lake. Why not pop by nearby Dry Run since you're here at Sullivan Lake, and after a long day outdoors SUPER 8 MOTEL | |

- FRONT ROYAL is a glorious place to spend a night or two.
Sullivan Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. I don't want to stop,
cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Sullivan Lake. Summertime highs at Sullivan Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally
in the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Sullivan Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Gooney Creek Campgrounds; at Sullivan Lake you can make out Buck Mountain. Loch Linden Lake is a nearby lake that you could
visit, and there's whitewater on Happy Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A glorious close by hotel is Scottish Inns Front Royal, and going for a hike on the Gimlet Ridge Trail is always a nice adventure.
