Dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn Harrisonburg, and there are other places here than Shenandoah Lake, for example Lake Shenandoah. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Shenandoah Lake is excellent! While you're here at Shenandoah Lake you can play some golf at Lakeview Golf Course,       and there's splendid hiking along the Lewis Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you're dropping by Shenandoah Lake from Harrisonburg, you won't be the only one; if you need a place to stay Residence Inn Harrisonburg is a tremendous choice. If you come at the right time of year, Dry River offers some splendid whitewater, and great hiking is available along the Furnace Mountain Trail. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to Newman Lake right                  next door to Shenandoah Lake. Glide down the rapids of South River in a kayak; you can go for a hike on the Lewis Peak Trail. Shenandoah Lake is a good location of common rain; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Throughout the long summer days at Shenandoah Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's, and the nighttime is rather cooler of course, commonly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Shenandoah Lake drop into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
