If you love the outdoors, you'll love Sandee Lake. A wonderful vista of pretty White Hill is available from Sandee Lake, and do take a hike on the High Dune Trail. The high level of precipitation makes Sandee Lake a pretty wet location; July is the wettest month with most rain, and April is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. White Hill Lake       is a good lake in close proximity to Sandee Lake; if you're a golfer then a magnificent close by course is Bow Creek Municipal Golf Course. If you need a site to stay Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel is a glorious choice. Taking a little journey to nearby Broad Bay is a nice idea; dry warm beds await you at Oakwood at Latitudes. There are other spots here than Sandee Lake, for example Great Neck Lake, and you can have a splendid hiking adventure along the White Hill                  Lake Trail. Throughout the summer months at Sandee Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 70's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 40's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Sandee Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. There are plenty of people from Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News here at Sandee Lake; a delightful spot to camp here at Sandee Lake is First Landing State Park. Camping is available at Holiday Trav-l Park, and Sandee Lake is right by the Long Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
