Any time is a tremendous time at Robinson Pond if you fancy the outdoors. Red Carpet Inn Emporia is a great place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Robinson Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cattail Creek Campground is a fine place for that. Lots of folks from Roanoke Rapids come to Robinson Pond; a great nearby hotel is Best Western Roanoke Rapids. At Robinson Pond through the warm days       of summer highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows at Robinson Pond during the winter mostly dip into the 20's. Robinson Pond is a wet location that gets a lot of rain; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while April is commonly the driest month. Collier Branch is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at, as expected you                  could also go to Smiths Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp The RV Resort at Carolina Crossroads is a good site to do that, and Robinson Dam is not far at all from Robinson Pond.
