So much amusing stuff to do here at Rimrock Lake, too perfect to be true. You can run the rapids of Powell River - South Fork       near Rimrock Lake; if you've had enough of Rimrock Lake, Back Creek Lake is close by. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Rimrock Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Rimrock Lake. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. There's whitewater on Powell River for all you adrenaline rush                  seekers; after a long day outdoors Inn at Norton is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Rimrock Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is October. Nearby Beech Hollow is a nice site to go if you're at Rimrock Lake, and at Rimrock Lake you can observe Little Stone Mountain. While you're here at Rimrock Lake you can take a hike along the Pine Mountain Trail, and Jessie Lea Recreational Vehicle Park-Campground is a nice campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
