What a nice lake Redwater Lake is. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Redwater Lake. Visit Redwater Creek since you're here at Redwater Lake; the cheerful people of Richmond like to hang out nearby. Whitewater paddling is glorious on James River, and the sights at Prince William Forest Park will blow your mind. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid nearby hotel is Courtyard By Marriott Richmond Chester, and Redwater Lake is perfect enough

| | to spend more than a day at, Ponderosa Mobile Home Park is a perfect local campground.
Redwater Lake is not the only place nearby, Lake Ely is a nearby lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Appomattox River. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Bermuda Golf Course, and Comfort Inn Chester is a nice place to get some rest.

with most of the rain is August, and the driest of the months is April. All through the long summer days, highs regularly are in the 80's at Redwater Lake; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through
the winter are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Redwater Lake are in the 20's. There's so much to do here at Redwater Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Roadrunner Campground is a wonderful place for that, and if you get bored of Redwater Lake you could also go to close by Moore Lake.
