A visit to Ottari Lake is always a good idea. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a splendid time. Get your heart beating on the nice whitewater of Little River - New R. Tributary; why not take a refreshing hike along the Poverty Creek Horse Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Bench Mountain can be seen from Ottari Lake, and at Ottari Lake you always meet someone from Blacksburg-Christiansburg-Radford. You can take a little tour to Ottari Scout Camp

Ottari Lake is a beautiful lake in the
Blue Ridge Mountains. Ottari Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain is July; January on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warm months highs here at Ottari Lake get into the 80's. Summer
overnight lows drop down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's with temperatures at Ottari Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights.
You can run the rapids of Big Reed
