All through the warm days of summer at Miller Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Miller Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why       not camp at Mountain View Campground since you're here at Miller Lake. There are great sites to look at along the Belle Meade Linden Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Broad Run. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Miller Place Dam is wonderful and it's close to Miller Lake; a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Rappahannock River. From a rainfall point                  of view Miller Lake is a rather common location; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a great close by course is South Wales Golf Course; if you get bored of Miller Lake you could also have a look at close by South Wales Country Club Lake. Johnsons Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Inn - Warrenton is a good choice.
