There's so much to do here at Martinsville Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Goose Dam Campground is a nice site for that, and close to Martinsville Reservoir you discover a golf course called Beaver Hill Golf Course. Stay the night at Indian Heritage RV Park, and paddling on North Mayo is so much fun. Martinsville Reservoir typically gets a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and December                  meanwhile is the driest month.
