This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. While you're here at Loch       Linden Lake you can play some golf at Bowling Green Country Club, and you can go for a hike on the Belle Meade Linden Trail. There are some good whitewater spots on Happy Creek; a delightful lake like Apple Mountain Upper Lake is a great site to visit.
