| | long day outdoors Lexington - Days Inn Keydet General is a great spot to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Lexington Reservoir generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Lexington Reservoir. of stunning Brushy Mountain is splendid. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in close proximity to Lexington Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Lexington Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Natural
Bridge Koa is a good site for that; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lexington Reservoir; North Branch Trail is a great local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Moores Creek Dam has fine water scenery and it's in the vicinity
of Lexington Reservoir, and Tory Hollow is another good place to explore close by. Having a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains is uncomplicated. If you came to camp Jefferson National Forest is a great site to do that; there's great hiking along the White Rock Tower Trail.
