time, Fort Washington Park is a national park worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. Do take a look at Lake Barcroft near Lehigh Pond, it's a pretty lake; Lehigh Pond is a spot with many visitors from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria.
Hilltop Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and going for a hike along the Swamp Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Summertime highs at Lehigh Pond mostly tend to be in the 80's. For the period
of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Lehigh Pond. While you're here at Lehigh Pond you can take a
hike along the Rock Creek Park Bike Trail, and you can stay the night at Harmony Place Trailer Park.
