Creek - Jackson Tributary has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lake of the Pines without first going for a hike along the South Piney Mountain Trail; close by Bluegrass Hollow is
a perfect spot to go. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lake of the Pines. Really good skiing awaits you at The Homestead, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Gristmill Square The Inn. There's so much to do here
at Lake of the Pines that you need to camp here for a while, Hidden Valley Campground is a magnificent location for that; why not check out Golf and Farm Club Dam Aviation while you're here.
