This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Oak Ridge Trail is always a perfect adventure, and Lake Manassas is good enough to spend more than a day at, Greenville Farm Family Campground is a good local campground. Dry warm beds await you at Candlewood Suites MANASSAS; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Virginia Oaks Golf Club. This lake       is so wonderful. Hampton Inn Gainesville-Haymarket is a great spot to get some rest. North Fork Broad Run is a glorious local stream, and Lake Manassas is not the only place close by, Lake Brittle is a close by lake. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Lake Manassas. Near Lake Manassas you discover the Farms to Forest Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; whitewater paddling is great on Broad Run. For the duration of the warmest time of the                  year here at Lake Manassas, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Lake Manassas tend to be in the 10's. Go for a hike on the South Valley Trail; why not go to Broad Run Dam since you're here.
