No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Lake Manassas. Camping at Greenville Farm Family Campground is always a great experience; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Broad Run. Throughout the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Lake Manassas, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, regularly       in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lake Manassas dip into the 10's. Lake Manassas is good enough to spend more than a day at, Mountain View Campground is a good local campground; if you're here and you like golf, you can visit Virginia Oaks Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. There's some exciting stuff to see at Broad Run Dam right next door to Lake Manassas, and                  you're possibly into lakes, Lake Brittle is one of those close by. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Manassas; South Valley Trail is a delightful local trail, and perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Buckland Lake is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. North Fork Broad Run is near Lake Manassas and is always a bliss to go to; there's fine hiking along the Oak Ridge Trail.
