There is a good hiking trail right next door to Lake Manassas called the Farms to Forest Trail. Lakes? Sure, Buckland Lake is around here. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Virginia Oaks Golf Club, and going for a hike on the Oak Ridge Trail is always a perfect adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Broad Run Dam is a picturesque spot close to Lake Manassas; there are other spots here than Lake       Manassas, for example Lake Brittle. You're sure to come across some fine people from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria here, and if you need a site to stay Candlewood Suites MANASSAS is a brilliant choice. There are great sites to discover along the South Valley Trail, and camping at Mountain View Campground is always a pleasant experience. During the days of summer at Lake Manassas highs are generally in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours                  it's typically in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's while Lake Manassas night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.
