What a place this is for outdoors people. The scenery at Cove Number Two Dam next to Lake Leckszas is wonderful; going for a hike along the Old Romney Grade will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Courtyard by Marriott Winchester is a good site to spend a night or two, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Signal Knob       Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lake Leckszas. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Lake Leckszas temperatures fall to the 10's. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Leckszas; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest.
