A good deal of precipitation falls at Lake Holly; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. If       you need a place to stay Ruther Glen Howard Johnson Express Inn is a pleasant choice; going for a hike along the Wilderness Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Not far from Lake Holly, you'll discover Pitts Pond which is a wonderful lake, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Jacks Creek.
