The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. All year is a wonderful time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you go for the outdoors. From a precipitation point of view Lake Frederick is a reasonably normal place; most of the rain falls all through July; January meanwhile is the driest month.
