If you are in Fairfax county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Fairfax. Lake Newport is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you need a spot to stay Bridgestreet Corporate Housing St. John's Wood is a pleasant choice. Dog Run is a nice local stream; on a nice day you can take a hike along the Meadow Trail. not enough, there's a load more to do right next door to Lake Fairfax. Do explore Lake Anne close to Lake Fairfax, it's a pretty lake, and Valley Mill Camp is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. A spree to The
Glade is always fun, and Clay Cafe Studios is a delightful campground nearby. If the weather is wonderful here at Lake Fairfax, you can go for a hike along the Potomac Heritage Trail, and Penderbrook Golf Club is a pleasant golf course nearby.
