Go for a hike on the Lagoon Trail, and a lake nearby is Stumpy Lake. Lake Christopher is a wet site that gets much rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. First Landing State Park is a fine local campground; Stumpy Lake Golf Course is a golf course close by. If you love the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Lake Christopher.
