After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DAHLGREN is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Big Timber Campground. Summertime at Jones Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter       nights at Jones Pond are in the 20's. Jones Pond ordinarily gets much precipitation; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. The Maiden Fair Trail offers hiking at its best, and Caledon Natural Area is a pleasant campground nearby. Just can't get enough of Jones Pond.
