In Virginia there are many beautiful lakes, Huntsman Lake is one of them. Lake Accotink is a pleasant lake next to Huntsman Lake, and wonderful water scenery is available at Pohick Creek Number Eight Dam near Huntsman Lake. Huntsman Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Hillwood Camping Park is a good local campground, and a golf course close by is Burke Lake Park Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. | | to get some rest; whitewater paddling is great on Pohick Creek.
The amount of rain that falls at Huntsman Lake is close to the national average; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; January meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes? Sure, Burke Lake is nearby, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the North Valley Trail. You definitely have to love Huntsman Lake.

Lake; obviously, all our national parks are nice sites to stop by and Fort Washington Park is no exception. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Potomac Mills/Woodbridge; there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Calvin
Branch Mine Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Accotink Creek is so much fun, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Quantico Falls Trail.
All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's
at Huntsman Lake while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Huntsman Lake tend to be in the 20's. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are
beyond doubt plentiful here at Huntsman Lake. There's so much to do here at Huntsman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Burke Lake Park is a great place for that, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria for sure.
