If you need a spot to stay Hawthorn Blacksburg University is a brilliant choice, and glide down the rapids of Little Stony Creek in a kayak. Walls Branch is in the neighborhood of Hoge Pond and is always a diversion to visit; a brilliant place nearby is Fox Hollow. Hoge Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most, and January is when it's the driest. This lake                  is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Poverty Creek Horse Trail is always a splendid adventure, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Little River - New R. Tributary. This lake is so wonderful. Hoge Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Interstate Overnight Park is a great local campground; close by you stumble on the Brush Mountain Horse Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. High temperatures at Hoge Pond through the warm months are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's while Hoge Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. Hoge Pond is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff.
