So much enjoyable stuff to do at Hickory Lake, so little time. Near Hickory Lake you stumble on the Curry Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail, and Hickory Lake is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day, Camp Virginia Jaycee is a magnificent location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Jennings Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and if you're looking                  for a delightful journey, Booker T Washington National Monument is quite near. Hickory Lake is a good place of common precipitation; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while January is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a great little journey to Falling Creek, and Holdrens Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Hickory Lake reach the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's while Hickory Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's.
