If you're here at Griggs Pond and you like golf, you can go to Rivers Bend Golf Club, and obviously Bailey Creek is a lovely stream that is worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Roadrunner Campground while you're here at Griggs Pond; you're perhaps into lakes, Valley Mill Pond is       one of those nearby. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Griggs Pond. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Griggs Pond dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. Dry warm beds await you at Doubletree Hotel Richmond Airport, and Prince William Forest Park is a very good place to visit. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Griggs Pond.
