Why not stop by Goose Pond if you're passing through these parts. An average amount of rain falls at Goose Pond; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and January is when it's the driest. out close by. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Goose Pond you could always look at Falls Hollow, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on South River - Rapidan Tributary.
If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great world it would be. Looking for a wonderful trip? Shenandoah National Park is relatively right next door to Goose Pond, and camping at Lewis Mountain Campground
is always a magnificent experience.
All through the summertime months highs here at Goose Pond get into the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's; during the dark hours in the winter at Goose Pond temperatures sink to the 20's.
