This lake is so wonderful. Camping at KOA Kampgrounds is always a perfect experience, and float down the rapids of Shenandoah River in a kayak. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Godfrey Pond; Loudoun Heights Trail is a splendid local trail, and you're most likely into lakes, Luhrs Lake is one of those close by. Dry warm beds await you at Goodstone Inn. For the duration       of the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Godfrey Pond; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Godfrey Pond. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Godfrey Pond. Camping is available at Brunswick Camp Site. Lakes are perfect; Daley Pond is a lake that's next to Godfrey Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Potomac River.
