Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. You'll
need more than a day to look at everything Crimora Lake has to offer, you can camp at Waynesboro North 340 Campground; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Harrisonburg for sure. Crimora Lake is a good location to visit
for more than one day, Misty Mountain Camp Resort is a good location to camp nearby; going for a hike on the Wildcat Ridge Trail is always a great adventure. From a rain point of view Crimora Lake is a pretty common spot; throughout
the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is commonly the driest month.
If you like skiing, you're in luck; Wintergreen is next to Crimora Lake, and if you need a site to stay Waynesboro-Days Inn is
a glorious choice. Summertime highs at Crimora Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; night lows through the wintertime for Crimora Lake tend to be in the 10's.
