Lakes? Sure, College Hill Reservoir is close by; soar down the rapids of James River in a kayak. Paddling on Harris Creek is so much fun.                  This lake is so wonderful. During your visit to College Lake you'll meet some folks from Lynchburg for sure, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Cashaw Creek Trail. While you're here at College Lake you can play some golf at Cedar Hills Golf Course, and nearby you find the Piney Ridge Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail.
