     Colemans Fall Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Some of the water close by flows, like Cove Creek, and going for a hike on the Piney Ridge Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pedlar River. There's so much to do here at Colemans Fall Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Campground is a good place for that.
Throughout the summer months at Colemans Fall Reservoir
 
   highs are regularly in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Colemans Fall Reservoir are in the 20's. Just can't get enough of Colemans Fall Reservoir. Lakes? Sure, Chilarna Lake is nearby; you can go for a hike on the Rocky Row Trail. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Lynchburg, Va is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and Colemans Fall  
               Reservoir is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Mountain Campground is a perfect local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. There's always Colemans Fall Dam to stop by near Colemans Fall Reservoir, and Best Western Of Lynchburg is a magnificent place to get some rest. At Colemans Fall Reservoir you always meet someone from Lynchburg, and if you come at the right time of year, James River offers some glorious whitewater. Colemans Fall Reservoir gets a common amount of yearly rain; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most; January is when it's the driest.
Big Island Reservoir is a splendid lake near Colemans Fall Reservoir; there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Cashaw Creek Trail.
