Do explore Toms Creek Dam since you're here at Coeburn Lake, and Coeburn Lake is right by the The Lonesome Pine Trail. Enjoy a round of golf at Dan Hall Mountain Resort & Country Club not       far from Coeburn Lake, and Buchanan Hollow is in the neighborhood, and is a nice site. At Coeburn Lake all through the warm months highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 40's while Coeburn Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's. Coeburn Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; during May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is October.                  Why not camp at Bark Campground if you're here at Coeburn Lake, and hiking along the Pine Mountain Trail is great fun.
