Lee Hwy Campground is a nice local campground, and during your journey here you'll meet some folks from Bristol for sure. Don't leave Clear Creek Lake without first going for a hike along the Flatwood Trail, and Big Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Clear Creek from Clear Creek Lake is uncomplicated, and there
are some good whitewater spots on Holston River. A tour to Possum Hollow is always fun, and you can go for a hike on the Flint Mill Trail. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone
but if it's for you then we recommend Big Cedar Creek, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Clear Creek Golf Club.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Bristol Virginia; going for a hike on the Short Spur Trail is always a perfect adventure.
