Clear Creek Lake gets a good deal of water; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while October is ordinarily the driest month. You can take a little tour to Clear Creek Dam since you're here at Clear Creek Lake, and going for a hike along the Flint Mill Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. If you came to camp Cocran's Lakeview Camp Ground is a good location to do that,       and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Short Spur Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you're visiting Clear Creek Lake from Bristol, you won't be the only one, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Flatwood Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Courtyard By Marriott Bristol Virginia, and why not take a look at nearby Clear Creek if you're here at Clear Creek Lake. This is no location for people who don’t like to                  enjoy themselves. Don't leave Clear Creek Lake without first paying a visit to Big Spring, and Possum Hollow is nearby, and is a tremendous location. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Clear Creek Lake get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Clear Creek Lake. You can run the rapids of Holston River near Clear Creek Lake. There's so much to do here at Clear Creek Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lee Hwy Campground is a splendid location for that. La Quinta Inn Bristol is a tremendous site to get some rest; Clear Creek Lake is not the only place nearby, Beaver Creek Impoundment is a nearby lake. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Clear Creek Lake has it all.
