Going for a hike along the South River Falls Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; here at Chisholm Lake Number One you can catch a glimpse of Bingham Mountain. Chisholm Lake Number One gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Saddleback Mountain Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Lynch River offers some good whitewater. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Chisholm Lake Number One. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Chisholm Lake Number One through the wintertime regularly descend into the 20's. This lake is                  so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Charlottesville here.
