Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Gainesville-Haymarket; in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Broad Run. Through the summer months highs here at Buckland Lake reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's       overnight here at Buckland Lake. If you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Warrenton is a great choice, and people from Hagerstown-Martinsburg love to come here. Buckland Lake is a good place of common precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest month is February. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Buckland Lake. Buckland Dam is an interesting thing to check out. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Buckland                  Lake has to offer, you can camp at Greenville Farm Family Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Buckland Lake is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Mountain View Campground is a nice site to camp nearby, and South Run is right next door to Buckland Lake and is always a diversion to visit.
