All the water falling down from the sky makes Bristol Reservoir a wet place; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. After a long day outdoors Bristol Super 8 Motel is a fine location to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then,
we recommend Holston River. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bristol Reservoir; Morrill Trail is a tremendous local trail, and Bristol Reservoir is a spot with many visitors from Bristol.
