to do in the neighborhood of Black Pond. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Potomac River, and a lovely lake like Lake Eisen is a splendid spot to have a look at. All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Black Pond
get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Black Pond dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This
lake is so wonderful. Fort Washington Park is a great local destination here at Black Pond, and camping at Christopher Run Campground is always a good experience.
